Through the adoption of new technologies, the design processes in the construction world, are becoming more and more informative. The CAD has transformed hand-drawn designs into digital format and BIM has made virtual buildings through the creation and use of sophisticated 3D geometry models containing interrogative databases. The purpose of this dissertation was to analyze the ways through the project processes are used today, and specifically how information flows should be structured and standardized, evaluating their criticalities and developing real workflows to solve them. The solutions that were created were used to develop a case study project in order to build global and specific process diagrams that could work and be used concretely within a collaborative and shared project. Through the use of the new standard UNI 11337: 2017 - Part 5 and 6, it was possible to draw up an Information Technical Document applied to the case study, as a contract document between a proposing subject (Customer) and a contracting party (Trustee) a document to be considered essential in tender action, for the development of projects in collaborative and shared BIM.

Abstract
Through the use of the new standard UNI 11337: 2017 - Part 5 and 6, it was possible to draw up an Information Technical Document applied to the case study, as a contract document between a proposing subject (Customer) and a contracting party (Trustee) a document to be considered essential in tender action, for the development of projects in collaborative and shared BIM.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
