Analisi e confronto della risposta sismica di edifici in muratura appartenenti al patrimonio storico e culturale dell'Alta Valtellina

This elaborate thesis is aimed at studying and analysing the dynamic response of masonry structures to a seismic load. The structures analysed belong to the historical and cultural heritage of Alta Valtellina, they are distinguished in churches, mansions and towers. In addition to an analysis of the individual constructions, in order to identify the influence made by the structure's geometry on the damage suffered, the dynamic behaviour of the towers in the palaces and church steeples was studied as if Were isolated bodies, without the interactions of the attached structures. They were then compared to each other the results obtained that allowed to identify the similarities and differences of the dynamic behaviour of the structures and the damage suffered by them. Finally, for the most damaged structures has been studied also their seismic response after performing a consolidation intervention.

Il presente elaborato di tesi ha lo scopo di studiare ed analizzare la risposta dinamica di strutture in muratura ad un carico sismico di progetto. Le strutture analizzate sono di appartenenza del patrimonio storico e culturale dell’Alta Valtellina, esse si distinguono in Chiese, palazzi signorili e torri. Oltre ad una analisi sulle singole costruzioni, al fine di identificare l’influenza apportata dalla geometria della struttura sul danno subito, è stato studiato e analizzato il comportamento dinamico delle torri presenti nei palazzi e dei campanili delle chiese come se fossero dei corpi isolati, senza le interazioni subite dalle strutture annesse. Sono stati poi comparati tra di loro i risultati ottenuti che hanno permesso di individuarne le somiglianze e le differenze dei comportamenti dinamici delle strutture e del danno subito da queste. Infine per le strutture maggiormente danneggiate è stato studiato anche la loro risposta sismica dopo aver eseguito un intervento di consolidamento.
