Metamorfosi di un sistema informativo. Il caso A.S.S.T. Franciacorta

The Azienda Sociale Sanitaria Territoriale of Franciacorta is established with Resolution no. X/4491 of 10.12.2015 implementing the Regional Law n. 23/2015, inheriting in its entirety the activities of the former "Mellino Mellini" Hospital of Chiari (BS) and part of the assets of the former Azienda Sanitaria Locale of Brescia relating to the territory in question. In 2016, the strategic management opts for a deep restructuring of the company information system, starting from the reconstruction of the network infrastructure with the adaptation of the wiring (both copper and fiber) and the replacement of active equipment, continuing with the creation of a new server room hosting the new business datacenter - consisting of new hardware equipment such as servers, storage and firewalls - to finish with the replacement of all existing data lines (in copper) with new, more stable and high-performance fiber. In parallel to these activities, the company addressing plan is reviewed in its entirety and the monitoring system implemented from scratch to meet the new proactive needs.

L’Azienda Socio Sanitaria Territoriale della Franciacorta viene istituita con Deliberazione n. X/4491 del 10.12.2015 in attuazione della Legge Regionale n. 23/2015, ereditando in toto le attività della ex Azienda Ospedaliera "Mellino Mellini" di Chiari (BS) e parte degli asset della ex Azienda Sanitaria Locale di Brescia relativi al territorio di competenza. Nel corso dell'anno 2016 la direzione strategica opta per una profonda ristrutturazione del sistema informativo aziendale, partendo dal rifacimento della infrastruttura di rete con l'adeguamento dei cablaggi (sia rame che fibra) e la sostituzione degli apparati attivi, proseguendo con la creazione di una nuova sala server ospitante il nuovo datacenter aziendale - costituito da nuove attrezzature hardware quali server, storage e firewall - per finire con la sostituzione di tutte le linee dati esistenti (in rame) con nuove in fibra più stabili e performanti. In parallelo a queste attività viene rivisto nella sua totalità il piano indirizzamenti aziendale ed implementato da zero il sistema di monitoraggio per rispondere alle nuove esigenze di proattività.
