The internship report records the 18 weeks internship (from 03/07/2018 to 06/12/2017) work at Thales Italia Spa in Milan which is a company specialized on engineering and manufacturing of navigation system in the aviation field. I firstly described the company and the lean tool that was used by the company as a governance model. The internship aim was to have a standard document record to be used after as a governance instruction throughout the organization to help into the deployment on the Obeya model. I was in charge also of the Obeya project to finish the last phase of the tool deployment. My task where to choose the convenient layout of the high level Obeya (management Obeya) and implement as well as support my supervisor in the execution during the Obeya session. Since the tool was gradually deployed I was in charge also to deploy in the operational level in the quality and engineering department. In fact, I designed and implemented two different layouts in the previously mentioned department and helped in the execution and the team coaching. The adaptation of the tool to different needs (operational to strategic) was also one of my task.
Astratto Il rapporto di tirocinio registra lo stage di 18 settimane (dal 03/07/2018 al 06/12/2017) presso Thales Italia Spa a Milano che è una società specializzata in ingegneria e produzione dei sistemi di navigazione nel ambito di aviazione. In primo luogo ho descritto la società e lo strumento lean che è stato utilizzato dalla società come modello di governance. Lo scopo del tirocinio era quello di avere un documento standard da utilizzare dopo come istruzioni de governance in tutta l'organizzazione per aiutare nella distribuzione del modello Obeya. Sono stato anche responsabile del compimento dell'ultima fase della distribuzione deglo strument. Il mio compito era di scegliere il layout conveniente del Obeya alto livello (management Obeya) e implementarlo ed supportare il mio supervisore nell'esecuzione durante la sessione Obeya. Poiché lo strumento è stato gradualmente implementato. Ero responsabile anche della distribuzione a livello operativo nel dipartimento di qualità e d’ingegneria. Infatti, Ho progettato e implementato due diversi layout nel dipartimento menzionato in precedenza e aiutato in l'esecuzione e il coaching dei squadre. Anche l'adattamento dello strumento alle diverse esigenze (da operativa a strategica) è stato uno dei miei compiti.
