L’elaborato prende in esame il mondo della food-economy italiana ed internazionale, dei cambiamenti psicosociali e culturali legati al cibo, modulati da moda, mass e social media. In ultima istanza, importanti dati e case studies riguardanti la realtà aziendali più rappresentative e legate a questa realtà, alle piattaforme di crowdfunding ed agli incubatori delle idee più innovative del mondo food.
