The present research work has as its main objective the formulation of guidelines for environmental certification in relation to high performance buildings. The subject of environmental certification is today of great relevance. The approach to this theme was carried out through a focused analysis of the most widespread environmental assessment tools at national and international level. They aim to assess the sustainability of the building through a multi-criteria scoring method. Recognized the importance of the reference practice UNI PdR 13: 2015 as a tool for the formulation not only of the environmental quality of buildings, but of strategic guidelines for the design of the project aimed at achieving sustainability, what this research work aims to formulate new guidelines for the environmental certification of the energy valorization project, in the idea that sustainability can be achieved through the assumption of new strategic principles within the instrument: space, time, energy.

Abstract
The present research work has as its main objective the formulation of guidelines for environmental certification in relation to high performance buildings. The subject of environmental certification is today of great relevance. The approach to this theme was carried out through a focused analysis of the most widespread environmental assessment tools at national and international level. They aim to assess the sustainability of the building through a multi-criteria scoring method. The research highlights the predominance of the energetic theme within the analyzed systems, this criticism has been carried out through a comparison with a building that proposes the valorization of all the energies in use, assuming the principles of: sustainability, flexibility, temporality, high energy efficiency (OFFGRID). Comparing this project with the reference practice UNI PdR 13: 2015, through some of the energy criteria and most relevant for the evaluation, it has been demonstrated the incomplete recognition of the high energy performance. Recognized the importance of the reference practice UNI PdR 13: 2015 as a tool for the formulation not only of the environmental quality of buildings, but of strategic guidelines for the design of the project aimed at achieving sustainability, what this research work aims to formulate new guidelines for the environmental certification of the energy valorization project, in the idea that sustainability can be achieved through the assumption of new strategic principles within the instrument: space, time, energy.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
