Increasing competition forces companies to find new strategies and approaches in order to have competitive advantage. The financial and organizational successes depend on the companies’ innovation concept. At this point, innovation needs to be unlimited within the organization, and the sustainable achievements can be accomplished with a new innovation paradigm which is open innovation so the usage of this paradigm is increasing day by day. The open innovation used in the academic and industrial sectors enables communication and information sharing with other companies and institutions, and the customers are involving the processes. In this study, the concept of traditional innovation, types and models, open innovation paradigm and the factors that affecting this process are defined. At the end, the case studies which related with the innovative companies that are implementing open innovation model are mentioned and explained.
L'aumento della concorrenza costringe le aziende a trovare nuove strategie e approcci al fine di ottenere un vantaggio competitivo. I successi finanziari e organizzativi dipendono dal concetto di innovazione delle aziende. A questo punto, l'innovazione deve essere illimitata all'interno dell'organizzazione e le realizzazioni sostenibili possono essere realizzate con un nuovo paradigma dell'innovazione che è un'innovazione aperta, quindi l'utilizzo di questo paradigma aumenta di giorno in giorno. L'innovazione aperta utilizzata nei settori accademico e industriale consente la comunicazione e la condivisione di informazioni con altre aziende e istituzioni, e i clienti stanno coinvolgendo i processi. In questo studio, il concetto di innovazione tradizionale, tipi e modelli, paradigma dell'innovazione aperta e i fattori che influenzano questo processo sono definiti. Alla fine, vengono citati e spiegati i casi studio relativi alle aziende innovative che stanno implementando il modello di innovazione aperta.
