Souvenir jewelry design of Chinese symbols

This thesis designs a line of souvenir jewelry for tourists with symbols of China. With the recent development of world tourism industry, most people can afford to enjoy a pleasure journey. Some additional industries such as souvenirs, catering, and transportation are benefitting from this rapid change. This thesis will do research about souvenir design of the world to show how the designers deal with their local features and how they show these out. And this will be examples of the project design. The main theme of souvenir jewelry is culture, which acts as a bridge between souvenir jewelry and heritage sites.

Questa tesi progetta una linea di gioielli souvenir per turisti con simboli della Cina. Con il recente sviluppo dell'industria del turismo mondiale, molte persone possono permettersi di godere di un viaggio di piacere. Alcuni settori aggiuntivi come souvenir, ristorazione e trasporti beneficiano di questo rapido cambiamento. Questa tesi farà ricerche sul design di souvenir del mondo per mostrare come i designer si occupano delle loro caratteristiche locali e di come le mostrano. E questo sarà un esempio del design del progetto. Il tema principale dei gioielli souvenir è la cultura, che funge da ponte tra gioielli di souvenir e siti del patrimonio.
