Museum of the history of Jews in Prague

The site of my project is in the old town of Prague. It used to be the living area of the Jews for a long time. Next to my site there is a historical convent, which has more than 700 years of history. So it is clear that the space need a dedicated museum as public interest towards Jewish history and culture. The museum will also function as a multifunctional centre for the research and communication.

Il sito del mio progetto si trova nella città vecchia di Praga. Era la zona vivente degli ebrei per molto tempo. Accanto al mio sito c'è un convento storico, che ha più di 700 anni di storia. Quindi è chiaro che lo spazio ha bisogno di un museo dedicato come interesse pubblico verso la storia e la cultura ebraica. Il museo fungerà anche da centro multifunzionale per la ricerca e la comunicazione.
