Diamond gaming case : a value-based analysis

A case study of a value based analysis of an eSports company with the following learning objectives. 1. The student will learn how to apply different value based techniques and compare the results obtained through different instruments 2. The student will learn how to apply the relative valuation method. 3. The student will learn how to perform a discounted cash-flow analysis 4. The student will learn how to construct a dashboard of indicators based on the information about a company’s strategy, key value drivers and financial performance. The thesis is made up of two documents, a case study for students and a teaching note for the professors. The teaching note is made up of information that provides an overview to the industry, in-depth industry analysis of the main players and a walkthrough for the solution of the case study.

Un caso di studio di un'analisi basata sul valore di un'azienda di eSports con i seguenti obiettivi di apprendimento. 1. Lo studente apprenderà come applicare diverse tecniche basate sul valore e confrontare i risultati ottenuti con diversi strumenti 2. Lo studente apprenderà come applicare il relativo metodo di valutazione. 3. Lo studente imparerà come eseguire un'analisi del flusso di cassa scontato 4. Lo studente apprenderà come costruire un cruscotto di indicatori basato sulle informazioni sulla strategia di un'azienda, sui fattori chiave di valore e sulla performance finanziaria.
