Villa Arconati revitalization. A restaurant design by natural concept

The Villa Arconati was built in the 17th and 18th centuries, it now functions as a museum and host for events and meetings. In order to implement the value of conservation of the Villa Arconati and popularization, reuse of the Villa Arconati should be concerned about the rebuilding the cultural background. Through cases studies and site analysis, the possibilities of the design solution of Villa Arconati can be found. In this project, the main concept of design is ‘ Nature and Food’ which exams the relationship between nature, human and historical heritage. Based on the concept, this thesis provides design solutions: food library concept restaurant and culinary school.

La Villa Arconati fu costruita nei secoli XVII e XVIII, ora funge da museo e ospita eventi e incontri. Per attuare il valore della conservazione della Villa Arconati e della divulgazione, il riuso di Villa Arconati dovrebbe preoccuparsi della ricostruzione del background culturale. Attraverso studi di casi e analisi del sito, è possibile trovare le possibilità della soluzione di design di Villa Arconati. In questo progetto, il concetto principale di design è "Natura e cibo" che esamina la relazione tra natura, patrimonio umano e storico.
