In recent years since 2014 European countries face on refugee’s phenomena. People who scape of their countries such as Syria, Eritrea, Iraq, Afghanistan and Iran, Cues of war and horrible social conditions or Insecurity and lack of freedom. European countries had to accept request of asylum seeker and give the resident permit. And Netherland was not excepted of these countries. In 2015, 58 880 refugees have been accepted by Holland and resident permit has been issued for them. In the first step, the house problem was raised, and many solutions was proposed. In fact, most of solutions was useful and Nederland was succeed for solving resident problem for refugees. After regularization basic needs second step is life satisfaction. One of the important factor of life satisfaction is communication.Government and NGO and some refugees instituted are working on communication subject Nevertheless, statistic shows refugees after getting residence permit won't be able to have relationship with Native people. Their connection is limited to public place such as: supermarket, Library, etc. During the time connection of each nationality is bounded to their community and it cause to social problems. In one hand refugees become frustrated and dis appointed because they experience heartbreaking situation in their country. 3 in other words they Immigrate for getting paradise, but after relative relaxation, they fill their lives is not match with their dreams, they will be isolated day by day. On the other hand, Dutch people are not interested to refugee’s life because they are welcom ing to refugees and pay tax for them but they don’t receive any pleasant reaction by them Another factor which play a key rule for separation is different Ideology, viewpoint, culture, custom and tradition. According to research, Dutch people and refugees don't have a lot of information about background of culture and custom of each other. This lack of integration cause to serious problems like violence, depression and stressful life. For healthy society against violence and depression definition of communicated should be reviewed in a new way. That’s the reason I’ve chosen Enschede as a case study for my thesis. Enschede is a city in east of Nederland with 150 ,000 papulation and around 10000 refugees. The major different of Enschede with other cities is Classification of population to main three groups. 1. Native people 2. Students 3. Refugees. Field research reports shows Students don’t have relationship with others outside of university environment. Connection for this group same as refugee is their community. Therefore, in Enschede there are 3 groups of people that, they don’t have effective interaction with each other. The main goal of project is creating a cultural and educational complex for sharing culture and custom and tradition among 3 groups for living in safety society with high efficiency.
Negli ultimi anni dal 2014 i paesi europei affrontano i fenomeni dei rifugiati. Le persone che scappano dai loro paesi come la Siria, l'Eritrea, l'Iraq, l'Afghanistan e l'Iran, gli spunti di guerra e le orribili condizioni sociali o l'insicurezza e la mancanza di libertà. I paesi europei hanno dovuto accettare la richiesta del richiedente asilo e rilasciare il permesso di soggiorno. E i Paesi Bassi non erano esclusi da questi paesi. Nel 2015, sono stati accettati dall'Olanda 58 880 rifugiati e il permesso di soggiorno è stato rilasciato per loro. Nella prima fase, è stato sollevato il problema della casa e sono state proposte molte soluzioni. In effetti, la maggior parte delle soluzioni era utile e Nederland riuscì a risolvere i problemi dei residenti per i rifugiati. Dopo la regolarizzazione, i bisogni di base del secondo passo sono la soddisfazione della vita. Uno dei fattori importanti per la soddisfazione della vita è la comunicazione. Il governo e le ONG e alcuni rifugiati istituiti stanno lavorando su una questione di comunicazione. Tuttavia, le statistiche mostrano che i rifugiati dopo aver ottenuto il permesso di soggiorno non saranno in grado di avere relazioni con i nativi. La loro connessione è limitata a luoghi pubblici come: supermercato, biblioteca, ecc. Durante il tempo la connessione di ogni nazionalità è limitata alla loro comunità e causa problemi sociali. In una mano i rifugiati diventano frustrati e nominati perché sperimentano una situazione straziante nel loro paese. 3 in altre parole, immigrano per ottenere il paradiso, ma dopo un rilassamento relativo, riempiono le loro vite non è in linea con i loro sogni, saranno isolati giorno per giorno. D'altra parte, gli olandesi non sono interessati alla vita dei rifugiati perché accolgono i rifugiati e pagano le tasse per loro, ma non ricevono alcuna reazione piacevole da parte loro Un altro fattore che gioca una regola chiave per la separazione è l'ideologia diversa, punto di vista , cultura, costume e tradizione. Secondo la ricerca, gli olandesi ei rifugiati non hanno molte informazioni sul background culturale e sull'abitudine reciproca. Questa mancanza di integrazione causa gravi problemi come la violenza, la depressione e la vita stressante. Per una società sana contro la violenza e la depressione, la definizione di comunicazione dovrebbe essere rivista in un modo nuovo. Questa è la ragione per cui ho scelto Enschede come caso di studio per la mia tesi. Enschede è una città a est del Nederland con 150.000 papulati e circa 10000 rifugiati. La maggiore differenza tra Enschede e altre città è la classificazione della popolazione nei tre gruppi principali. 1. Popoli nativi 2. Studenti 3. Rifugiati. I rapporti di ricerca sul campo mostrano che gli studenti non hanno relazioni con altri al di fuori dell'ambiente universitario. La connessione per questo gruppo come rifugiato è la loro comunità. Pertanto, in Enschede ci sono 3 gruppi di persone che, non hanno interazione efficace tra loro. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è la creazione di un complesso culturale ed educativo per condividere cultura e tradizione e tradizione tra 3 gruppi per vivere nella società della sicurezza con alta efficienza.
