Xiamen old harbor renewal design

Shapowei was the only sheltered dock in downtown Xiamen, with a history of some 370 years.In 2004, the Government of Xiamen announced the abolishment of the Shapowei harbor for fishing boat and it means the the decay of fishery and related factories. So this thesis focus on the present problem that how to renewal the old harbor.

Shapowei era l'unico bacino riparato nel centro di Xiamen, con una storia di circa 370 anni. Nel 2004, il governo di Xiamen ha annunciato l'abolizione del porto di Shapowei per la pesca e significa il decadimento della pesca e delle fabbriche collegate. Quindi questa tesi si concentra sul problema attuale su come rinnovare il vecchio porto.
