In this study, a series of seismic vulnerability data analysis for buildings located in Marche Region was performed, with the time span of data from 1992 to 2001, a very important period, considering the earthquake occurred in 1997. The first step of the study was an overview on the data and on the way in which, the methodologies related to vulnerability, damage and usability assessments and the criteria of data collections have progressed in the last few decades. Then, with the consideration of the characteristics of the data for the case study, a modified typological classification method, derived from the literature, was adopted. This application was at the base of the calculation of the Vulnerability Index for each one of the identified building class. Moreover, together with the identification of buildings in common for the different databases, the comparison between 1992 and 2001 building vulnerability, both for single buildings and typological classes was performed with an additional analysis on the parameters influencing the values. Then, it was possible to analyze, for the same defined classes, the correlation between the 1992 vulnerability data and 1997 post-earthquake damage survey data, derived from the usability forms, combined with the macroseismic intensities of that seismic event.

Abstract
In this study, a series of seismic vulnerability data analysis for buildings located in Marche Region was performed, with the time span of data from 1992 to 2001, a very important period, considering the earthquake occurred in 1997.
