Indigenous regenerators

This project seeks to develop a social generator based on architecture that will allow for native indigenous communities around the world to create an intercultural exchange as necessary within an existing social structure. Utilizing existing local raw materials and qualities of these communities to develop such generators, using bases such as education, community programed buildings, self-sustained programs and social integration. Our goal is to develop and go in detail using three applied possible solutions to three different locations of the Amazon Rainforest with similar situations in three different countries: Brazil, Colombia and Peru. This paper will go further into detailing the reasons and facts for the three chosen countries, the three cities and their related neighboring indigenous tribes. By developing a set of guidelines that could be used in similar places we seek to allow for urban planning strategies and architecture to create a center where indigenous people could keep and expand their cultures and original languages between these segregated communities, while also educating societies of their importance by respecting the tribes and communities that are looking to stay as uncontacted tribes. The final outcome is to eventually help the indigenous communities that are looking for integration or for communities that were forced out of their environments to avoid putting them on the borderlines of society, and for them to become part of the social growth and change using their culture, privileged locations and knowledge while gaining advantages for the architectural field. Therefore creating a programatic intervention where bicultural education could happen for the prosperity of their original heritage.

Questo progetto mira a sviluppare un generatore sociale basato sull'architettura che consentirà alle comunità indigene native di tutto il mondo di creare uno scambio interculturale, se necessario, all'interno di una struttura sociale esistente. Utilizzando le materie prime locali esistenti e le qualità di queste comunità per sviluppare tali generatori, utilizzando basi come l'istruzione, edifici programmati dalla comunità, programmi autosufficienti e integrazione sociale. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di sviluppare e andare in dettaglio utilizzando tre possibili soluzioni applicate a tre diverse posizioni della foresta pluviale Amazzonica con situazioni simili in tre diversi paesi: Brasile, Colombia e Perù. Questo documento approfondirà le ragioni e i fatti per i tre paesi scelti, le tre città e le loro tribù indigene vicine. Sviluppando una serie di linee guida che potrebbero essere utilizzate in luoghi simili, cerchiamo di consentire alle strategie di pianificazione urbana e all'architettura di creare un centro in cui le popolazioni indigene possano mantenere ed espandere le loro culture e lingue originali tra queste comunità segregate, educando al contempo società della loro importanza rispettando le tribù e le comunità che stanno cercando di rimanere come tribù incontattate. Il risultato finale è di aiutare finalmente le comunità indigene che sono alla ricerca di integrazione o per le comunità che sono state costrette ad abbandonare il loro ambiente per evitare di metterle ai margini della società e per farle diventare parte della crescita e del cambiamento sociale usando la loro cultura posizioni e conoscenze privilegiate e vantaggi per il settore architettonico. Pertanto, creando un intervento programmatico in cui l'educazione biculturale potrebbe avvenire per la prosperità del loro patrimonio originale.
