In this thesis is studied a brushless motor with surface permanent magnets in the rotor and a single layer concentrated winding in the stator. The study starts with an analytical approach for the evaluation of the m.m.f in the air gap, the induced e.m.f. in the stator winding and the produced torque for a given current. Than using a FEM software, the previous quantities have been recomputed and the obtained results have been compared. In the end are presented the results of some measurement performed on the prototype of the analyzed motor.

Abstract
In this thesis is studied a brushless motor with surface permanent magnets in the rotor and a single layer concentrated winding in the stator. The study starts with an analytical approach for the evaluation of the m.m.f in the air gap, the induced e.m.f. in the stator winding and the produced torque for a given current. Than using a FEM software, the previous quantities have been recomputed and the obtained results have been compared. In the end are presented the results of some measurement performed on the prototype of the analyzed motor.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
