The our project is develops in Consonno: it is a charming town in the province of Lecco, on the slopes of Regina’s mount and totally surrounded bygreenery. This town has been associated with immaginative epithets and titles but we are dealing with a complex of abandoned and dilapidated buildings, which were erected to satisfy the ego of it principal, at the expense of a small community of peasants and that since their inception were doomed to failure. But this is not what Consonno is to our eyes: for us it’s a place where redemption is possible because in the end we are treating the City of Toys, where desires and dreams can come true and it has already happened. At the origin of what Consonno is today, there was the ambition and desire of a single man start a new project, experiencing a frenzy that shakes the flash waiting for it to be fully implemented. This is the same feeling that, in our own small way, in conducting the following project, we are too looking for. Our proposal foresees a global revolution: a complete upheaval in facing life, places suitable for a community spirit and solidarity through buildings that support and change with the passing of time. Our project is Consonno: the spirit of improvement, ambition, community and cultural expression are the foundations that here acquire their raison for being. Infinite typological solution could be combined/overlapped/placed/disseminated to the buildings of Consonno, generating considerable functional combinations: Residence+Exhibition Space+ Spa Hotel+School+Farmhouse Hostel+Adventure Park+Cinema University+ Start up+ Laboratories Factories+Amusement Park+Cultural Centre A project carried out by one with the head between satellite and planes, by one who know a things that others do not know they know and by one who belives himself a fox but aspires to became hedgehog. A project in Consonno, based on the spirit the generated it. A project in Consonno, which draws energy and stranght from what it is.

Il nostro progetto si sviluppa a Consonno: una ridente cittadina in provincia di Lecco, sui pendii del monte Regina e totalmente immersa nel verde. Ad essa sono stati associati fantasiosi epiteti e titoli ma, in totale onestà, abbiamo a che fare con un complesso di edifici abbandonati e fatiscenti, che vennero eretti per soddisfare l’ego del suo mandante, a spese di una piccola comunità di contadini e che fin dalla loro nascita erano destinati al fallimento. Ma questo non è quello che Consonno è ai nostri occhi: per noi è un luogo in cui il riscatto è possibile perché in fin dei conti stiamo trattando la Città dei Balocchi, in cui i desideri e i sogni possono avverarsi perché è già successo. Alla genesi di quel che Consonno oggi è, c’era l’ambizione e il desiderio di un singolo uomo di avviare un nuovo progetto, provando una frenesia che scuote la carne in attesa che si attui pienamente. Questa è la stessa sensazione che anche noi, nel nostro piccolo, nel condurre il seguente progetto andiamo ricercando. La nostra proposta prevede una rivoluzione globale: uno stravolgimento completo nell’affrontare la vita, luoghi adatti ad uno spirito comunitario e solidale attraverso edifici che si auto-sostengono e si modificano con lo scorrere del tempo. Il nostro progetto è Consonno: lo spirito di miglioramento, di ambizione, di comunità e di espressione culturale sono le fondamenta che qua acquisiscono la propria ragion d’essere. Infinite soluzioni tipologiche potrebbero essere accostate/sovrapposte/collocate/disseminate/inculcate/sottoposte agli edifici di Consonno generando notevoli combinazioni funzionali: Residenza + Spazio Espositivo + Spa Hotel + Scuola + Agriturismo Ostello + Parco avventura + Cinema Università + Start up + Laboratori Fabbriche + Parco dei divertimenti + Centro Culturale Un progetto portato avanti da una con la testa tra satelliti e pianeti, uno che sa cose che gli altri non sanno di sapere e uno che si crede una volpe ma ambisce a diventare riccio. Un progetto a Consonno, basato sullo spirito che lo ha generato. Un progetto a Consonno, che trae energie e forza da quello che è.
