L'evoluzione del lavoro in Italia nei prossimi cinque anni : i risultati di un'indagine preliminare tramite il metodo Delphi

The following document concerns a survey carried out through questionnaires proposed to experts(Delphi method), that has labour as its subject. It aims at contributing to the cultural debate in Italy, by investigating the current trends in the labour market and the possible changes this market will go through over the next five years. Three different complementary perspectives are taken into account, each one under the supervision of a scientific reference: a socio-economic perspective that focuses on the areas of economic development and industrial relations; a perspective focused on the present trends of the organizations towards networks and new organizational models; and an individual perspective which explores the relationship between the individual and the organization, and the meaning assigned to labour. For each topic, two possible scenarios are proposed as alternatives. The experts are asked to state their opinions on the current Italian situation, on its evolution within the next five years and to explain the scenario they wish for.
