Lean office in food-and-beverage context

Food-and-beverage market is currently changing: the renewed attention to the food on dinner table and the ongoing new trends push the competition in this sector at very high-level e to the continuous proposal of food that can be considered appealing, healthy, environmentally friendly and that respects animals’ welfare. In this difficult situation can be applied the two projects done. The first one deals about the clear and exhaustive definition about the duties and responsibilities of the zoo-feeding area, the most important part of a food-and-beverage firm. The secondo project, instead, deals about improve the efficiency of the company’s Vehicles Function, through a Lean Management approach.

L'industria agro-alimentare è da tempo in continua mutazione: la rinnovata attenzione al cibo sulle nostre tavole e i nuovi trend che si stanno affermando spingono la competizione in questo settore a livelli molto alti e alla continua proposta di cibi che siano considerati appetibili, sani, ecosostenibili e che rispettino il benessere degli animali. In questo turbolento contesto trovano applicazione i due progetti sostenuti. Il primo progetto tratta della definizione chiara ed esaustiva dei compiti e delle responsabilità della filiera zoo-mangimistica, la più importante in un’impresa agro-alimentare. Il secondo progetto, invece, si occupa dell’efficientamento dell’Ufficio Automezzi dell’azienda tramite un approccio di Lean Management.
