The research of China Design Centre is to understand the distribution of existing design centre in different areas/cities, critical services, business model, economic effect and so on. To analyse the design centre of the ecosystem, administrative management, growth model. The main method of research is through in-depth case analysis and evaluation. Finally, by the design method of the Product Service System Design, this paper completes the guiding ideology of establishing a design centre in China by using the tools. The guidelines will help users of different backgrounds, and it is hoped that design centres will be established throughout China to assist in the development of design. After the establishment of the design centres, the question of future development is how to establish a national design / creative service network that will link these existing design centres, replicate their sustainable development models and create more models. The network will help regions break down barriers and promote cultural exchanges between different provinces, cities and even villages. Furthermore, the network could carry design information for all centres and be open to all members to share resources and experiences, which could create more collaborative opportunities and expand the design industry.

Abstract
China is making significant efforts to develop its design industry, which is growing rapidly with strong policies, but there is not a clear idea of what instruction that the industry is following and what tools are using. In particular, China has a vast land area, a large number of provinces and cities, and a complex political system, are those tools and instructions fitting their situations?. Now some design agencies in China work locally, and some of them are very mature. So what is the definition of the design centre in China, what are their responsibilities, how do they operate and develop? Furthermore, the network could carry design information for all centres and be open to all members to share resources and experiences, which could create more collaborative opportunities and expand the design industry.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
