The rapid development of communication technology has brought a huge change in traditional office methods. The office is no longer a white-collar factory. People can now work anywhere in the city. The sharing economy and the Internet economy have brought new ways of management and new ways of running a business, thus excellent and innovative projects are no longer necessarily born in Central Business District office buildings. Various creative spaces, urban public spaces, and libraries have also become business incubators for various projects. People’s behavior in the workplace is also being changed. Now, one can get all kinds of information near instantaneously using mobile terminals. Highly developed social networks allow people to communicate with others, anytime, anywhere. The new behaviors are influencing the original physical workspace, and thus its space function or form is bound to change as well. The physical office space is no more a place which restricts people’s work. Through the Internet, people can send and receive emails and process files anywhere. People can work anywhere in the city: at home, in the park, in the library, in the shopping mall, and so on. The boundaries of the original workspace are no longer clear cut, they now accommodate everywhere in the city. For this reason, we hope to create a space suitable for people working in an urban space. This space will not be a traditional co-working space but a shared platform in urban space. Turning the workplace into a facet of the sharing economy.
Ora, è possibile ottenere tutti i tipi di informazioni vicino all'istante usando i terminali mobili.
