Japanese is a language that sparks the interest of countless students, in Italy as well as worldwide. It is considered to be a very tough language though, and it has the reputation of being the most difficult of them all. However Japanese is defenitely also a schematic and modular language, with its ensuing advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, we intend to assess whether the approach to learning the language itself is the main difficulty. How and to which extent can design facilitate the learning of a language for a specific type of student? More precisely, the aim of the project is to identify and implement principles and tools useful for learning Japanese. It's specifically directed at an Italian student who could benefit from a non-linear approach, which would therefore be different from that of the currently available resources. After an extensive analysis of the existing context, the available resources used and the students' point of view, some pivotal elements that seem to complicate learning are identified. The issue seems to be the difficulty to find an overall view, to seize sufficient opportunities to practice conversation and study writing. We therefore proceed to search for possible solutions to these aspects of studying. The proposed and developed solutions take into account the need for a system that collects in a clear and intercorrelated way all the main news as well as the most relevant nuances, which can be used both in the learning and consultation during practice.

Abstract
The proposed and developed solutions take into account the need for a system that collects in a clear and intercorrelated way all the main news as well as the most relevant nuances, which can be used both in the learning and consultation during practice.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
