In recognizing the walls of Piacenza as the principle interval of a new urban transformation, the project we developed that comes to construct a system of stratifications. From horizontal and vertical direction in sequence that we establish new relationship between the urban and territorial scale.

Nel riconoscere le mura piacentine come il principale intervallo di una nuova trasformazione urbana, il progetto che abbiamo sviluppato arriva a costruire un sistema di stratificazioni. Dalla direzione orizzontale e verticale in sequenza, stabiliamo nuove relazioni tra la scala urbana e quella territoriale.
