The garden of peace in Varosha. Cyprus

Cyprus has suffered division for more than 40 years. lt's a piace of many interests and a lot of controversia!. lnside the North Side of Cyprus, the Unrecognized Turkish Republic, there is the city of Famagusta that express in small scale of what is happening to the whole island. Just like Cyprus is divided by the UN buffer zone , Famagusta's Touristic District - Varosha is enclosed from the public because the invading force failed to obey the UN security Council Resolution 550 which ordered them to give Varosha district back to the rightful owners. Because of this Varosha remains enclosed and its left to decay through time. This thesis is suggesting a piace of nature , a piace of memory in the district of Varosha in case of resolving the division of the whole island. lt's a future scenario that will help people from the two communities to have a common ground inside Famagusta. lts going to be a piace that shows what the war but also a piace that creates activities and events for the people to come together and be one.

Sono molti interessi e molte polemiche! il lato del lato nord di Cipro, la repubblica turca non riconosciuta, la città di famagusta che esprime la portata di ciò che sta accadendo a tutta l'isola. Proprio come Cipro è divisa dalla zona cuscinetto delle Nazioni Unite, Distretto turistico di Famagosta - La Risoluzione del Consiglio di sicurezza delle Nazioni Unite è 550, che ha restituito i legittimi proprietari ai legittimi proprietari.
