Chitgar Tower

The project is about designing a residential tower in 22nd district of Tehran city. District 22 is located on the North west of Tehran and in the south of catchment Kan and Vardvij river. This region is limited to Alborz mountains from north, Kan river from east, Tehran-Karaj expressway from south and Vardavard man made forest from west. The district is also contiguous to district 5 and 21 of Tehran therefore the borders of district 22 has been broadened to the Southern hillside of Alborz mountain with the height of 1800m. The area of this district is nearly 54000 hectares and the length and width of the region is 26 to 17 km, respectively. This region with 6000 hectares of urban area, 30000 hectares of boarders. This area with its special environmental and regional specifications, has been known as a potential spot for tourism and has a bright future from this point of view. Back in the time the development of this region is referred to 1349. architecture urban planning due to its environmental and land structure potential on one hand and its huge area of un-manipulation on the other hand. therefor the region has been always of circle of attention of experts in this field. Because of the population and traffic problems and also air pollution in the center of Tehran people are wishful to move to this new area which has a great position and nice weather. Besides this area has the permission for building the high raised buildings. So you can find hundred of towers and sky scrapers in this area and also there are some interesting commercial projects which located in this area as well. Like Iran mall which is under construction and it is going to be the biggest mall in the Middle east and other interesting entertainment and commercial centers.

Il progetto riguarda la progettazione di una torre residenziale nel ventiduesimo distretto della città di Teheran. Il distretto 22 si trova a nord ovest di Teheran e nel sud del bacino idrografico Fiume Kan e Vardvij. Questa regione è limitata alle montagne di Alborz dal nord, Kan fiume da est, superstrada Teheran-Karaj da sud e Vardavard fatto dall'uomo foresta da ovest. Il distretto è anche contiguo al distretto 5 e 21 di Teheran quindi i confini del distretto 22 sono stati ampliati fino alla collina meridionale di Montagna di Alborz con l'altezza di 1800m. A causa della popolazione e dei problemi del traffico e anche dell'inquinamento atmosferico nel centro di Teheran sono desiderosi di trasferirsi in questa nuova area che ha una grande posizione e bel tempo. Oltre a quest'area ha il permesso di costruire gli alti palazzi sopraelevati. Quindi tu può trovare centinaia di torri e grattacieli in questa zona e ce ne sono anche alcuni interessanti progetti commerciali che si trovano anche in quest'area. Come il centro commerciale dell'Iran che è in costruzione e sarà il più grande centro commerciale del Medio Oriente e altri interessanti centri di intrattenimento e commerciali.
