Internship report. Project internship at Henkel KGsA & Co

The idea behind this presentation has been to give an overview of the Project internship at Henkel at their headquarters in Dusseldorf. The experience and learnings have been shared from International Packaging Development Department in Beauty Care division of their business. It was an incredible experience to work alongside dedicated teams on real time projects and handle responsibilities as an intern, but the nature of responsibilities has been way beyond the general scope of an internship. It wasn’t just learning but also accountability and being answerable to your project just like any other manager working in that department. I’ve shared information on the general facts pertaining to the company itself, their history and how they have evolved through the years. I also highlighted important brands in their different portfolios. Beauty care being one of them has been the reference and IPD as the main department under focus.

L'idea alla base di questa presentazione è stata quella di fornire una panoramica dello stage del progetto presso Henkel nella loro sede principale a Dusseldorf. L'esperienza e le conoscenze sono state condivise dal dipartimento International Packaging Development della divisione Beauty Care della loro attività. È stata un'esperienza incredibile lavorare insieme a team dedicati su progetti in tempo reale e gestire le responsabilità come stagista, ma la natura delle responsabilità è stata ben oltre lo scopo generale di un tirocinio. Non era solo l'apprendimento, ma anche la responsabilità e la risposta al tuo progetto, proprio come qualsiasi altro manager che lavora in quel dipartimento. Ho condiviso informazioni sui fatti generali relativi alla società stessa, sulla loro storia e su come si sono evoluti nel corso degli anni. Ho anche evidenziato importanti marchi nei loro diversi portafogli. La cura della bellezza è uno di loro è stato il riferimento e l'IPD come il principale dipartimento in primo piano.
