Opening new soft mobility connection and high density nodes in sustainable way. Shiraz City

Cities are dynamic elements, during time they are evolving in faced with different challenges. Shiraz is one of the biggest cities in Iran which has been altered during time. Each challenge brought some changes and each transformation brought some problems by itself. Population growth is one of the most important issue in Shiraz which forced city to have more construction, more development and more infrastructures. Sometimes city cannot adopt itself with rapid transformation. Hence, the heterogeneous distribution of building, transportations and services occurs and in between, social relationship and city identity may be lost. More cars needs more streets and more streets decrease the social relationship. Green spaces may be lost and nature will be endangered. In recent years Shiraz have had all the mentioned problems that destroyed the quality of life. The proposed idea is applying new nodes for living, entertaining and communicating which withdraw the concentration from the populated area (city center) through a green way that gives street back to people via the public green space, walkway, bikeway and proposed tramway. A social sustainable community needs to provide shared spaces, collective activities and social amenities to foster local networks, belonging and community identity.

Le città sono elementi dinamici, nel corso del tempo si stanno evolvendo di fronte a sfide diverse. Shiraz è una delle più grandi città in Iran che è stata modificata nel tempo. Ogni sfida ha portato alcuni cambiamenti e ogni trasformazione ha portato alcuni problemi da sola. La crescita della popolazione è uno dei problemi più importanti a Shiraz che ha costretto la città ad avere più costruzioni, più sviluppo e più infrastrutture. A volte la città non può adottarsi con una rapida trasformazione. Di conseguenza, si verifica la distribuzione eterogenea di edifici, trasporti e servizi e nel mezzo, le relazioni sociali e l'identità della città potrebbero andare perse. Più macchine hanno bisogno di più strade e più strade diminuiscono la relazione sociale. Gli spazi verdi potrebbero andare persi e la natura sarà in pericolo. Negli ultimi anni Shiraz ha avuto tutti i problemi citati che hanno distrutto la qualità della vita. L'idea proposta è l'applicazione di nuovi nodi per vivere, intrattenere e comunicare che ritirano la concentrazione dall'area popolata (centro città) attraverso un modo verde che restituisce la strada alle persone attraverso lo spazio verde pubblico, la passerella, la pista ciclabile e il tram proposto. Una comunità socialmente sostenibile deve fornire spazi condivisi, attività collettive e servizi sociali per promuovere reti locali, appartenenza e identità della comunità.
