La via della seta riapre. Art-72 Rooms alla repubblica del design

The exhibition "Art-72 Rooms", presented during the Milan Design Week 2019, is part of a line of research already experienced in previous years with the two exhibitions of the Design Hostel 2017 in Milan and the Art-72 Rooms Hotel in Shanghai, with an innovative approach to the system of creative hospitality. These are experiments aimed at creating a strong connection between the western and eastern worlds, realities that in recent decades have found themselves confronting and contaminating each other. Never before has the Milan-Shanghai axis produced interesting creative proposals that fit in well with international standards and benefit from the added value of multiculturalism. Different cultural images meet and merge, giving rise to a synergy that makes diversity rich and where the result becomes greater than the sum of the individual parts.

La mostra “Art-72 Rooms”, presentata durante la Milano Design Week del 2019, si inserisce in un filone di ricerca espositiva già sperimentato negli anni precedenti con le due esposizioni del Design Hostel del 2017 a Milano e l’Art-72 Rooms Hotel a Shanghai, con un approccio innovativo sul sistema dell’ospitalità creativa. Si tratta di esperimenti finalizzati a creare una forte connessione tra il mondo occidentale e il mondo orientale, realtà che sempre più negli ultimi decenni si sono trovate a confrontarsi e a contaminarsi vicendevolmente. Mai come ora, l’asse Milano-Shanghai produce delle proposte creative interessanti, che ben si inseriscono negli standard internazionali e che giovano del valore aggiunto della multiculturalità. Immaginari culturali diversi si incontrano e si fondano, dando luogo ad una sinergia che fa della diversità ricchezza e dove il risultato diventa maggiore della somma delle singole parti.
