Union, passion, experiences. These are just three of the key words for which it is (im)possible to describe the project, an ambitious goal for Bovisa district studied and loved in all its technical, communicative and system details. This abstract leads to introduce the project “DeBovisa”: concept, a product-service to bring the student community of the Politecnico di Milano, the creative and pulsating heart of the neighbourhood, within its inhabitants and shopkeepers of all ages and background. This, through a system of demand between the two parties. In this respect, in the first part of the thesis more attention will be given to analysis of the final synthesis studio, and then the re-tell the story of the project from the planning, to its work plan through all the various phases (recognition of the opportunities and problems of the neighbourhood, cogeneration of ideas, prototyping, development and validation, identification of the model of business and finalization as a digital and analogical prototype) with a wide discernment regarding the communicative aspect of the project itself, as a bridge between all the stakeholders of the neighbourhood. For what concerns this, the communicative system will be “unpacked” and then presented or deeper analysed concentrating the efforts not only to the final outputs themselves for the neighbourhood (that will be both analogic or digital, from posters to website) but also on the overall aspects such as the purposes and aims as: a brand identity concept and as the identity of the neighbourhood and for a target, with a method and then comparisons with possible competitors or similar services or associations, such as the “Repubblica del Design”, the newborn reality that has the will to re-vitalize Bovisa district through design and people, all of this with a final inference. According to this premises and the thesis evolution itself new conclusions and possibilities will be found starting from the results gathered and obtained during the Final Synthesis Studio.
Unione, passione, esperienze. Queste sono solo tre parole chiave con cui è (im)possibile descrivere un progetto, un ambizioso traguardo per il quartiere di Bovisa studiato ed amato in tutti i suoi dettagli tecnici, comunicativi e di sistema. Questo abstract è volto ad introdurre un ri-racconto del progetto “DeBovisa”: un concept, un prodotto-servizio per avvicinare la comunità studentesca del Politecnico di Milano, il cuore creativo e pulsante del quartiere, con i suoi abitanti e negozianti di tutte le età e background. Questo, attraverso un bilanciato sistema di domanda-offerta tra le due parti: gli attori principali della comunità della zona. Sotto questo aspetto, nella prima parte della tesi verrà prestata maggiore attenzione all’analisi del laboratorio di Final Synthesis Studio, e poi ri-raccontare la storia del progetto dalla pianificazione, al suo flusso di lavoro attraverso tutte le varie fasi (riconoscimento delle opportunità e problemi del quartiere, di cogenerazione di idee, di prototipazione, sviluppo e validazione, identificazione del modello di business e finalizzazione come prototipo sia digitale che analogico) con un ampio discernimento dell’aspetto comunicativo del progetto stesso, come ponte tra tutte le parti interessate del vicinato. Per quanto riguarda questa parte, il sistema comunicativo sarà “spacchettato” e poi presentato e analizzato più profondamente concentrando l’attenzione non solo sugli output finali stessi per il vicinato (sia che esso sia analogico o digitale, da manifesti al sito web) ma anche sugli aspetti generali come: “l’essere brand identity di quartiere ed essere fornitore dell’identità del quarteire”, ma anche quali scopi e obiettivi il target e i metodi, per poi passare ai confronti con eventuali concorrenti o associazioni e servizi simili come la “Repubblica del Design”, la nuova realtà di quarteire che ha la volontà di rivitalizzare il distretto di Bovisa attraverso il design e le persone, il tutto con una breve inferenza finale. In base a queste premesse e all’evoluzione della tesi stessa, nuove conclusioni e possibilità si troveranno a partire dai risultati raccolti e ottenuti durante il Final Synthesis Studio.
