The aim of the present work was to design a microfluidic device able to generate polyplexes with different N/P ratios at the same time. After the designing, the device has been validated in all its part and, lastly, the efficiency of polyplexes produced with the device was tested on L929 cells, comparing it with that of polyplexes produced following a bulk preparation method.

Abstract
The aim of the present work was to design a microfluidic device able to generate polyplexes with different N/P ratios at the same time. After the designing, the device has been validated in all its part and, lastly, the efficiency of polyplexes produced with the device was tested on L929 cells, comparing it with that of polyplexes produced following a bulk preparation method.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
