Establishing local identity through planning and landscape design in Belgrade urban riverfront expansion

In this work, named Establishing local identity through planning and landscape design in Belgrade urban riverfront expansion , focus was on the attention to connect central city zone to the old abbandoned part of the city, where the old termal industry was. Location has a huge potential, since it is directly connected to the port of Belgrade. By closing King Peter Street for traffic and turning it into a pedestrian area, we directly connect the site to the city center. At the site of the old railway line, following many world projects, we propose a green belt, in which greenery will be organized and divided into different theme parks. Residential buildings are correlated with public buildings and together form smaller or larger squares. The center of the project is an abandoned old power plant that is protected by law and is an immovable monument. By revitalizing the project, we retain all its virtues, and by changing the interior space as much as is allowed, we reach the research center. Together with museums, exhibitions and libraries, this site gets its cultural district. Very tall business and commercial towers form the gate of the city and this part of the city gets its landmark and recognizable silhouette. The focus has also been placed on addressing the access to the river itself, since it represents the most important aspect of this part of the city and therefore of this project.

In questo lavoro, chiamato Stabilire l'identità locale attraverso la pianificazione e la progettazione del paesaggio nell'espansione del lungofiume urbano di Belgrado, l'attenzione era focalizzata sull'attenzione di collegare la zona centrale della città alla vecchia parte abbandonata della città, dove si trovava la vecchia industria termale. La posizione ha un enorme potenziale, poiché è direttamente collegata al porto di Belgrado. Chiudendo King Peter Street per il traffico e trasformandolo in una zona pedonale, colleghiamo direttamente il sito al centro città. Nel sito della vecchia linea ferroviaria, a seguito di numerosi progetti mondiali, proponiamo una cintura verde, in cui il verde sarà organizzato e diviso in diversi parchi a tema. Gli edifici residenziali sono correlati con edifici pubblici e insieme formano quadrati più piccoli o più grandi. Il centro del progetto è una vecchia centrale elettrica abbandonata che è protetta dalla legge ed è un monumento immobile. Rivitalizzando il progetto, conserviamo tutte le sue virtù, e cambiando lo spazio interno quanto è consentito, raggiungiamo il centro di ricerca. Insieme a musei, mostre e biblioteche, questo sito ottiene il suo distretto culturale. Torri commerciali e commerciali molto alte formano la porta della città e questa parte della città ottiene il suo punto di riferimento e la sua sagoma riconoscibile. L'attenzione si è inoltre concentrata sull'accesso al fiume stesso, poiché rappresenta l'aspetto più importante di questa parte della città e quindi di questo progetto.
