Development of an SAP-based business warehouse

The aim of the thesis was to include scenarios that are as representative as the implementations of SAP BW (the SAP Business Intelligence module) in the companies. The choice of projects fell on the most representative cases according to the following levers: 1) Management of a landscape realignment workflow that had the purpose of training the student on the logical sequence of macro activities inAccount-Basedert micro-actions. 2) Design of a complete End-to-End model (COPA Account Based) in order to train the student on the application starting from the analysis of the model to the reporting.

L'obiettivo della tesi è stato quello di includere degli scenari quanto più rappresentativi delle implementazioni di SAP BW (il modulo di Business Intelligence di SAP) nelle realtà aziendali. La scelta dei progetti è ricaduta sui casi più rappresentativi secondo le seguenti leve: 1) Gestione di un workflow di riallineamento landscape che aveva lo scopo di formare lo studente sulla sequenza logica di macro attività in cui inserire micropiani di azioni. 2) Disegno di un modello completo End-to-End (COPA Account Based) allo scopo di formare lo studente sull'applicativo partendo dall'analisi del modello fino al reporting.
