This relayout study, that has been done for FlaconService which is a medium-sized company that realizes plastic packaging, is developed in 5 steps. The first step exploits out information and data that are necessary to map the material fluxes. During the second step, systematic and local problems that affect the actual layout has been analyzed. To solve them, different systematic and local solutions have been individuated. After a pre-analysis of the solutions, in which their capability to solve problems and different criteria, like ergonomic, operative cost, risk status has been considered, the more promising has been chosen. For these solutions, a more detailed description has been done, to highlight the advantages and disadvantages. Taking into account their feasibility, the different preliminary detailed layout has been developed.
Lo studio di relayout, svolto per FlaconService, una piccola-media impresa che si occupa della realizzazione di packaging plastico, si sviluppa in 5 fasi. La prima è relativa alla raccolta di informazioni e dati per poter mappare gli attuali flussi di materiali, nella seconda fase, invece, sono stati analizzati i problemi, sia sistemici che locali, che affliggono l’attuale organizzazione. A questo punto sono state individuate delle macrosoluzioni sistematiche e locali necessarie per l’ottimizzazione del processo produttivo e il superamento delle attuali problematiche. Sono state successivamente comparate tenendo conto di una serie fattori, come ergonomia, stato di rischio, costi operativi ecc. Le soluzioni più promettenti son state quindi sviluppate, descrivendo più dettagliatamente pro e contro. In via preliminare e tenendo conto di problemi di fattibilità, sono state sviluppate differenti alternative del layout di dettaglio.
