Talking to the museum. A social media way to communicate with the museum

Museums are using more and more digital technologies for their collections these days. Not only for the sake of preserving the cultural heritage but also to make the information content accessible to the wider public in a manner that is attractive. This thesis explores the experience of the public in the museum and designs a solution to communicate in the museum, based on many existed museum applications and the research from real visitors.

Oggi i musei utilizzano sempre più tecnologie digitali per le loro collezioni. Non solo per preservare il patrimonio culturale, ma anche per rendere il contenuto delle informazioni accessibile al grande pubblico in modo attraente. Questa tesi esplora l'esperienza del pubblico nel museo e progetta una soluzione per la comunicazione nel museo, basata su molte applicazioni museali esistenti e sulla ricerca di veri visitatori.
