Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel statue which is also known as Statue of Unity is constructed in India. It is the world’s tallest statue at present. It is constructed to show case the India’s heritage and its greatness. But now it is in a position that no one other than Indians know about the statue and commercially also it is not earning even its maintenance costs also. If it continues in the same way, then government should bare a huge loss. So here my thesis is about analysing the situation near the statue and to know about why it is failed economically and to give some suggestions about how to make of the statue economically strong and keep its era going. There are many reasons like bad location, lack of development near the statue and even there is no proper transportation facilities also.To know what other people are expecting near the statue, I have made a Questionnaire survey and collected the responses from various people from India and asked for some suggestions and analysed all the responses they have given. Here I have used Importance Performance Analysis as the tool to analyse the responses of the respondents and to see what the current situation is and to give some suggestions. Then I have found that most of the people are intrested in building a museum near the statue as for the development purpose and for the transportation we can build a hyperloop which already government is planning in India. Including them we need to provide them some good basic facilities and services to make the statue more profitable.
La statua di Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, conosciuta anche come Statua dell'Unità, è costruita in India. Al momento è la statua più alta del mondo. È costruito per mostrare l'eredità dell'India e la sua grandezza. Ma ora è in una posizione che nessuno al di fuori dell'India conosce la statua e commercialmente non sta ottenendo nemmeno i suoi costi di manutenzione. Se continua allo stesso modo, il governo dovrebbe subire una perdita enorme. Quindi qui la mia tesi sull'analisi della situazione vicino alla statua e sul motivo per cui è fallita economicamente e per dare alcuni suggerimenti su come rendere la statua economicamente forte e continuare la sua epoca. Ci sono molte ragioni come la posizione, la mancanza di sviluppo vicino alla statua e anche non ci sono strutture di trasporto adeguate. Perché dobbiamo sapere cosa si aspettano le altre persone vicino alla statua. Quindi, ho fatto un sondaggio del questionario e raccolto le risposte di varie persone dall'India, ho chiesto alcuni suggerimenti e analizzato tutte le risposte che hanno dato. Qui ho usato Importance Performance Analysis come strumento per analizzare le risposte degli intervistati e vedere qual è la situazione attuale e dare alcuni suggerimenti. Poi ho trovato alcuni suggerimenti come la costruzione di un museo vicino alla statua per lo scopo di sviluppo e per il trasporto possiamo costruire un hyperloop che già il governo sta pianificando in India. Includendoli, dobbiamo fornire loro alcune buone strutture e servizi di base per rendere la statua più redditizia.
