In recent years, East African economy has developed rapidly. Especially in the development of East Africa's construction industry, many new infrastructure and new buildings have brought a huge construction market to East Africa. However, East Africa's weak talent reserves, uneven resource allocation, opaque business management processes, and different cultures have brought many problems and challenges to local construction projects. In the long run, we should help East Africa train construction talents, create a good construction atmosphere, and then truly solve the development problem of the East African construction market. However, the current problems that often occur on construction projects pose many challenges to the quality and efficiency of construction. Therefore, the East African construction market also needs rapid solutions to help quickly resolve or optimize problems encountered in the East African construction market. On this basis, this article first analyzes the overall economic, population and construction market data of East Africa to understand the development trend of the East African construction market. Combining the trends of East Africa's rapidly growing construction market with the author's experience in East Africa projects. We found that behind the beautiful data, the most common topic in the East African construction market is still "problems and difficulties". Then, based on this, we analyzed the actual problems that occurred in the East African construction market through literature reading and interviews, and classified them. Summarized the main types of problems and put forward relevant solutions: 1. Improve process transparency. 2. Reduce local construction time and optimize local labor resources. Based on these two requirements, we analyzed the existing technology and experience and believe that the use of 1. Digital contract and process management can improve the transparency of contracts and processes. 2.Component Buildings method to reduce local construction time to solve problems encountered in the East African construction market. Therefore, we proposed “An E-business platform-based component approach building for East Africa.” We also have a more in-depth discussion of the model, taking Italy, Oman, Djibouti and China as examples. Italy as a provider of design and management technology. Oman's stable infrastructure and industrialized national strategy provide a good basis for plant location. Djibouti mentioned that the Addis Ababa Railway made Djibouti a natural gateway to East Africa. And China's "Belt and Road" initiative can well combine the different capabilities of various regions. We then conducted a more in-depth supply chain analysis, technical analysis, economic analysis, and sustainability analysis of the case. In order to find the "motivation" that can combine the superior production capacity of each region and each stage. Finally, we use e-commerce platforms to digitize knowledge, contracts and processes. It also serves as a standardized communications platform that connects all aspects of the relationship. It also analyzes the current platforms on the market and summarizes the characteristics of our platform: in addition to comprehensive commercial platform capabilities, it also needs to support a flexible portfolio of professional services in construction. All in all, the development of East Africa is closely related to all humankind. The East African construction market should directly enjoy the advantages brought by the information age and Industry 4.0 era, without having to repeat the mistakes in our construction history. As the basic industry for future development, our plan is to choose from existing advanced technologies and experience, and then introduce them to the East African construction industry to solve problems encountered in its construction industry. Through highly transparent processes and management, we promote leading companies from the outside world to enter the knowledge and skills exchange without any concerns from a business perspective and promote the development of the East African construction industry.
Pertanto, abbiamo proposto "An E-business platform-based component approach building for East Africa".
