The goal of this thesis is to create a chatbot that allows the management of meeting rooms through Skype. The first step is to train a model and the choice will be based on Rasa which is a conversational artificial intelligence framework for creating contextual assistants. The training of the model with Rasa is possible in different languages, but in this thesis it will be carried out in Italian. The second step of the thesis includes the management and manipulation of the data received by Rasa through the backend of the application which was developed using Node.js and Typescript. The backend of this application takes care of receiving the user’s sentence sent via Skype as an input, sending it to Rasa, waiting for its response and returning the user the answer based on what Rasa has extracted. In addition, the backend takes care of calling the MongoDB database for information on the rooms and to save reservations on an Exchange calendar. Finally, using Angular, a web page for the management of the rooms has been developed, which will be accessible only by the admin. On this page, the admin can manage the various meeting rooms and associate a singular calendar with each room.

Abstract
On this page, the admin can manage the various meeting rooms and associate a singular calendar with each room.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
