This report was developed during my stage period at SynerTrade is focused o on the digitization of a bid request for the lawyer’s fees. Therefore, the purpose of the report is to illustrate how it is possible to digitalize the purchasing process in a bidding process through the implementation of e-procurement software and what are the advantages and possible problems that may arise as a result of using such software. The first part of the report addresses the project, starting with a theoretical analysis of the purchasing process and then dealing with the dematerialization of RFX by introducing the e-procurement and e-procurement models. The second part presents SynerTrade as company and its software along with its project methodology, which will be applied during the project in Generali. The third and last part deals with the project and how it has been addressed according to SynerTrade methodology.
Questo lavoro è stato sviluppato durante il mio periodo di stage presso SynerTrade e si focalizza sulla digitalizzazione di una richiesta di offerta per la compagni di assicurazione Generali. Pertanto, lo scopo del report è quello di illustrare come è possibile digitalizzare il processo di acquisto attraverso l'implementazione di un software di e-procurement e quali sono i vantaggi e i possibili problemi che possono sorgere nell'implementazione di tale software. La prima parte del report analizza il processo di acquisto da un punto di vista teorico per poi affrontare la "dematerializzazione" del RFX introducendo l' e-procurement e i modelli di e-procurement. La seconda parte presenta SynerTrade come società e software house insieme alla sua metodologia di progetto, che sarà applicata durante il progetto in Generali. La terza ed ultima parte riguarda il progetto e come è stato affrontato secondo la metodologia di SynerTrade.
