The following thesis comes from research and analysis, in the contemporary social and economic design sphere, of hybrid spaces and realities. These realities are now increasingly widespread and on the rise. However, it is necessary to understand the design and socio-economic dynamics that have led to this change in the urban fabric, as well as to identify what are the strong elements that can guarantee functionality and sustainability to a project to be developed.

La seguente trattazione nasce dalla ricerca e analisi, nella sfera progettuale, sociale ed economica contemporanea, degli spazie e delle raltà ibride. Queste realtà sono oggigiorno sempre più diffuse ed in aumento. Bensì è necessario capire le dimaniche progettuali ma anche socio-economiche che hanno portato a questo mutamento nel tessuto urbano oltre che per identificare quelli che sono elementi forti che sappiano garantire funzionalità e sostenibilità ad un progetto da sviluppare.
