Dynamic renovation of paper factory in Fujian China

The aim of this thesis is to research and discuss the development of Chinese urban development and expansion of modern cities. Along with the development of a city, the previous factories that was built near the city periphery are facing demolishing or reconstruction. The thesis tries to discover the method to preserve of the original factory structures while meeting the needs and new functions in the expanding cities.

Lo scopo di questa tesi è quello di ricercare e discutere lo sviluppo dello sviluppo urbano cinese e l'espansione delle città moderne.Insieme allo sviluppo di una città, le precedenti fabbriche costruite vicino alla periferia della città stanno affrontando demolizioni o ricostruzione.La tesi cerca di scoprire il metodo per preservare le strutture di fabbrica originali, pur soddisfacendo le esigenze e le nuove funzioni nelle città in espansione.
