In today's mature economics development, we will carry out rational and reasonable analysis across disciplines. This article combines the knowledge of regional economics, geographic economics, and public economics to study the impact of public service facilities in Milan on residential housing prices. This paper is meant to analyze the relationship between residential price and the nearby public service facilities, by the way of hedonic price method, take 200 sample houses along Milan Metro Line 1 as an example, and performs a regression analysis on them. People daily life and amusement always dependent with nearby public service facilities, especially in Milan the city with quite a lot immigrant who doesn’t have a car to drive far away for daily life requirement. So, the convenience to public service facilities have an important relationship with daily life, extend to residential price. The results show that they are generally in line with residents' expectations. When buying a house, people will give priority to the convenience and accessibility of living facilities and educational resources when the economic budget is limited. Then consider the other factors such as the quality of housing. On the other hand, we could see that people spontaneously love houses with green vision, but because of their high prices, they have been given lower priority.
Nello sviluppo economico maturo odierno, effettueremo analisi razionali e ragionevoli in tutte le discipline. Questo articolo combina le conoscenze di economia regionale, economia geografica ed economia pubblica per studiare l'impatto delle strutture di servizio pubblico a Milano sui prezzi delle abitazioni residenziali. Questo documento ha lo scopo di analizzare la relazione tra il prezzo residenziale e le vicine strutture di servizio pubblico, mediante il metodo del prezzo edonico, prendere come esempio 200 case campione lungo la linea 1 della metropolitana di Milano ed eseguire un'analisi di regressione su di esse. La vita quotidiana e il divertimento delle persone dipendono sempre dalle vicine strutture di servizio pubblico, specialmente a Milano, città con un sacco di immigrati che non hanno un'auto da guidare lontano per le esigenze della vita quotidiana. Quindi, la convenienza delle strutture di servizio pubblico ha un rapporto importante con la vita quotidiana, si estende al prezzo residenziale. I risultati mostrano che sono generalmente in linea con le aspettative dei residenti. Al momento dell'acquisto di una casa, le persone daranno priorità alla comodità e all'accessibilità delle strutture abitative e delle risorse educative quando il budget economico è limitato. Quindi considerare gli altri fattori come la qualità degli alloggi. D'altra parte, potremmo vedere che le persone amano spontaneamente le case con una visione ecologica, ma a causa dei loro prezzi elevati, hanno ricevuto una priorità inferiore.
