Post-war residential heritage in Milan

The young people will choose to live in a new apartment building with convenient transportation and complete facilities according to the requirements of work and life. The project is an 11-story single building in a corner of Piazza Della Repubblica, mixing the function of a private building connected with the buildings on both north and east sides. Due to the age of the buildings, the facilities are relatively old and the residents are mostly elderly. And the larger area of ​​each household cannot be used reasonably. How to let contemporary young people and the elderly live together in this building is the answer to the reuse of space.

Risente dell'invecchiamento della popolazione, succede il fenomeno che degli alti tassi di posti vacanti in un gran numero di case storiche della città. I giovani preferiscono scegliere di vivere in un nuovo condominio con comodi mezzi di trasporto e servizi completi in base alle esigenze del lavoro e della vita.   Il progetto è un edificio singolo di 11 piani in un angolo di Piazza Della Repubblica, che collega la funzione di un edificio privato e gli edifici sia sui lati del nord anche est. A causa degli anni di edifici, le strutture sono relativamente vecchie e la maggior parte degli abitanti sono anziani. Quindi alcuni spazi di ogni famiglia non possono essere utilizzati in modo ragionevole. Come adeguare i giovani e agli anziani contemporanei di vivere di concerto in questo edificio è la risposta al riutilizzo dello spazio.
