The A3 methodology is used to explain the reality of an Italian company – which we will call the group. Inorganic growth and non-integration have brought the firm to a point where it must be reconsidered how to continue progressing. In this project, an analysis of the reasons for this complexity is carried out, as well as a set of countermeasures is proposed. After an exercise prioritizing them, it is agreed that strengthening the group's communication by making the most of the Workplace tool is the most appropriate proposal, and therefore it has been developed. Likewise, the tool’s capacity for engagement is evaluated, and an implementation map is developed.
