ABSTRACT HUSTLE HUB: Co-living complex for Young Generation, Moscow area of Moscow, respond to the problem of residence for young people and migrants attracted to the capital. This walks of society with minimum incomes who are in state of being a student or a fresh worker needs to be accommodated in an affordable dwellings until reaching to a stable state. The answer to the integration needs and the economical obstacles of these two categories is the "co-living". After studies on the Russian housing background and on the urban renewals that the city is undergoing nowadays, the HUSTLE HUB has been placed in a carefully thought master plan that takes into consideration the necessities of a dynamic city. The concept of sharing has been brought in a contemporary key considerably improving the quality of life not only for its habitants but also for neighbours with providing related public functions. The project unifies the roots of the site with contemporary architecture attention to the living habits of the people. HUSTLE HUB generates a connection between the urban approach come to reality with continuity of master plan through central courtyard and a secondary semi-public gesture through extruded ramps between two levels.The architectural composition encloses a public-open courtyard that represents the 'hub' of the complex. Public, semi-public and private stand side-by-side as a environment and the building,this whole. Furthermore, the materials selection is a result of a detailed study of the context with a sustainable approach in opposition to the pollution of the site. The project aims to be a co-living sample adaptable to any similar reality around the world. As a former industrial site ,copper panels were chosen as main material for facade to underline ZIL's routs to industrial era with its rusty color which is combined with slender(narrow) windows as a bond with Russian's architecture.
ABSTRACT HUSTLE HUB: complesso di co-living per giovani generazioni, zona di Mosca a Mosca, risponde al problema della residenza per giovani e migranti attratti dalla capitale. Questo tipo di società con redditi minimi che sono in condizione di essere uno studente o un nuovo lavoratore deve essere ospitato in abitazioni a prezzi accessibili fino a raggiungere uno stato stabile. La risposta alle esigenze di integrazione e agli ostacoli economici di queste due categorie è la "convivenza". Dopo studi sullo sfondo dell'edilizia abitativa russa e sui rinnovamenti urbani che la città sta attraversando al giorno d'oggi, l'HUSTLE HUB è stato inserito in un piano generale attentamente pensato che prende in considerazione le necessità di una città dinamica. Il concetto di condivisione è stato introdotto in chiave contemporanea migliorando considerevolmente la qualità della vita non solo per i suoi abitanti, ma anche per i vicini con funzioni pubbliche correlate. Il progetto unifica le radici del sito con l'attenzione dell'architettura contemporanea alle abitudini di vita delle persone. HUSTLE HUB genera una connessione tra l'approccio urbano che diventa realtà con continuità del piano generale attraverso il cortile centrale e un gesto semi-pubblico secondario attraverso rampe estruse tra due livelli. La composizione architettonica racchiude un cortile pubblico che rappresenta il "fulcro" del complesso. Pubblico, semi-pubblico e privato stanno fianco a fianco come un ambiente e l'edificio, questo insieme. Inoltre, la selezione dei materiali è il risultato di uno studio dettagliato del contesto con un approccio sostenibile rispetto all'inquinamento del sito. Il progetto mira ad essere un campione vivente adattabile a qualsiasi realtà simile in tutto il mondo. Come ex sito industriale, i pannelli di rame sono stati scelti come materiale principale per la facciata per enfatizzare i percorsi di ZIL verso l'era industriale con il suo colore arrugginito che è combinato con finestre sottili (strette) come collegamento con l'architettura russa.
