Study of the application of neural networks to forecast river floods, analyzing the case of Seveso river. Feed forward and recurrent neural networks, built with LSTM and GRU cells, have been implemented and performances at different time steps between inputs and output have been estimated for these architectures.
Studio sull'applicazione di architetture di reti neurali per la previsione di piene fluviali, in particolare nel caso del fiume Seveso. Sono state implementate reti FFNN e reti ricorsive, dotate di unità LSTM o unità GRU, delle quali si valutano le prestazioni a diverse distanze temporali tra ingressi e uscita.
