Implementation of the occupational, health and safety management system according to the standard ISO 45001:2018 in Eni France

The internship report records the 6 months internship work at Eni France which is an affiliate of Eni, a major player in oil and gas sector. The internship aims to improve the Health, safety and environment management system through the implementation of the new occupational health and safety standard ISO 45001:2018 and the analysis of the environmental impacts of Eni France. This report details all the steps carried out to realise the internship’s target. First, the company and the HSE department where the internship took place are presented. Second, some essential notions are defined. The third part presents a review of the HSE management system before the improvements in the view of the implementation of the ISO 45001:2018. The last part details all the improvements done to the HSE management system.

Il rapporto di tirocinio registra lo stage di 6 mesi presso Eni France, affiliato di Eni, uno dei principali attori del settore oil&gas. Lo stage mira a migliorare il sistema di gestione della salute, sicurezza e ambiente attraverso l'implementazione del nuovo standard ISO 45001: 2018 e l'analisi degli impatti ambientali di Eni France. Questo rapporto descrive in dettaglio tutti i passaggi effettuati per realizzare l'obiettivo del tirocinio. In primo luogo, ho descritto la società e il dipartimento HSE in cui si è svolto lo stage. In secondo luogo, vengono definite alcune nozioni essenziali. La terza parte presenta una revisione del sistema di gestione HSE prima dei miglioramenti in vista dell'implementazione della ISO 45001: 2018. L'ultima parte illustra in dettaglio tutti i miglioramenti apportati al sistema di gestione HSE.
