However, the flat area which was damaged by tsunami became a disaster risk area, and it was not suitable to build habitation any more. After that, Momonoura Village has started a project to utilize the hill which was once used as a gradual field in order to produce a sustainable place in the village, where the flatland still remains. What’s more, from the year 2016, ap bank foundation also sympathized with “ideal future” and participated in this project My proposal about this site is to create a nature resort which will educate young generation about the local nature and culture, such as forestry, animals, climate, disaster and handcrafts. Based on the former development, there are some tiny hostels and restaurant in the site. My design proposal wishes to combine all the existing infrastructures and bring more young people come here to learn the history and contribute to the local economy and culture. The project which includes a Japanese farmhouse and a seaside fish market aims to harvest local and produce by local people, adding more activities and job opportunities for this area.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
