It has been described how does shared leadership works and why it is becoming more important for current organizations. Finally, how could this affect the overall performance of an organization is discussed.
In questo lavoro di ricerca viene analizzato l'impatto delle pratiche di shared leadership sul processo decisionale nelle organizzazioni moderne. È stato descritto come funziona shared leadership e perché sta diventando sempre più importante per le organizzazioni attuali sviluppare un processo decisionale più accurato.
