The thesis is divided in two parts. In the first a theoretical introduction about Coherent Raman Scattering is reported, together with a description of the most relevant experimental implementations of related techniques. In the second, the experimental activity carried out in VIBRA lab is reported: a new technique that enables one to extract more information from narrowband Coherent Raman Scattering setups; the realization of an entire broadband CARS setup; the development of a numerical method based on artificial intelligence to extrac physically meaningfull signals from the measured data.

Abstract
The thesis is divided in two parts. In the first a theoretical introduction about Coherent Raman Scattering is reported, together with a description of the most relevant experimental implementations of related techniques. In the second, the experimental activity carried out in VIBRA lab is reported: a new technique that enables one to extract more information from narrowband Coherent Raman Scattering setups; the realization of an entire broadband CARS setup; the development of a numerical method based on artificial intelligence to extrac physically meaningfull signals from the measured data.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
