The main objective of this thesis is the elaboration of a series of proposals that can improve the efficiency of the move management service within the scope of Facility Management, especially from the point of view of monitoring and integration with other services that support the core activities of an organization and that, at the same time, can be a useful tool to be able to redirect the strategic lines towards more flexible and sharing-based solutions that can more effectively satisfy the rapid changes of the society and the working world. The elaboration of the proposals is based on data extracted from a real case that however will remain anonymous for privacy reasons. The paper consists of two parts: a first theoretical part and a second part of analysis. The first part, divided into three chapters, shows the main characteristics of the move management service, from its classification to the methods of request within a Tender Specification. After that it traces the main changes in the working world that have had direct impacts on move management and that have led to the introduction of new and more flexible solutions. The second part reports the processes that are offered to organizations by eFM Company for the management of the move service, after which it goes down specifically analysing the type move management of the case study and then concluding with the formulation of the proposal and the related sub proposals.
